Most projects begin
with a one-on-one meeting with the client, to establish
exactly what will be needed for the job, and to clearly
outline expectations. From a one-time design project, to
an ongoing content management plan, there are a wide
range of options for developing a service proposal that
fits your promotional budget.
Once
the parameters are set, a proposal is tailored for a
one-time fee for a completed website, a monthly rate for
routine content management, an annual renewal program,
or a per-piece rate for smaller projects. The base
minimum hourly rate is charged for all original
copywriting, editing and re-writes, either standalone
(press releases, promotional information) or online.
Website content management fees can be bundled to a
monthly charge, based on a reviewed estimate of the site
depth and activity.
If your site is
static, with substantial content but not a lot of
updates, your maintenance costs would be minimal. A
dynamic site, with more frequent updating, is -
naturally - more costly to maintain. Whatever your
site's intent, we can work together to make it the best
it can be.
