series for adult and junior competitors, plus manages adult and junior U.S. National
Teams. |

official USRA communications, including media/PR functions,
event promotion, publications and websites. Edits, designs and oversees
production of bi-monthly RACQUETBALL magazine. Supervises all pre-,
post- and on-site national tournament promotions for print and online applications. Web content designer for USRA and
RACQUETBALL magazine websites. |

USOC & International Relations
Responsible for all liaison duties relating to U.S. Olympic
Committee membership and programs, plus all international
relations functions, including administrative services and
management of all international competitions. Also serves as Secretary General of both the International
Racquetball Federation and the Pan American Racquetball Conferation. |

Responsible for
all financial administration, including four major areas of responsibility as
comptroller and office manager, plus all accounting and bookkeeping functions.
Manages inventory, establishes credit files, reviews vendor services, maintains
personnel records and tax files. Monitors accounts receivables and payables,
prepares annual budget, serves as liaison for USOC grant programs. |

Coordinates all
daily administrative functions, including secretarial support,
scheduling, reference and information services. Handles special event
scheduling, board meetings,
elite training camps and conferences, plus provides all support services for
these events.

of Public Relations relating to national events, U.S. team athletes, and special programs. Responsible
for selected features and columns in RACQUETBALL Magazine, along with
technical and production support. Prepares all information on U.S. Team, elite and pro tour athletes, including bios,
photography, legal releases plus distribution/retrieval of all material. |

Responsible for
all daily mail and parcel shipping, receiving and documentation of Postal/UPS
services, inventory control and auction preparations. Makes sure that all
tournament materials, merchandise orders and special requests are shipped on
time, and monitors all national and international tournament shipments of
scoreboards, support materials and electronic equipment. |

office functions, plus data entry of membership information, sanctioned
tournament results, earned ranking and gold points, plus management of all
summary reports from U.S. Olympic Training Center. |

Responsible for
receiving and routing all telephone calls and mail, processing telephone orders
and providing information to callers on a daily basis. Confirms all merchandise
orders, provides secretarial services for membership department and provides
overflow inter-departmental assistance. Maintains solicitation files and
correspondence, offers back-up accounting and data services, verifies
memberships and subscriptions, fulfills all requests for tournament entry forms
and oversees large mailings and bulk processing. |
