The current Official Rules of Racquetball are protected by
copyright and may not be reproduced or electronically scanned, either in whole
or in part, without written permission of the publisher. Two forms of such
permission are available, as detailed following.
REPRODUCTION RIGHTS -- PHOTOCOPY
A one-time, hard-copy reproduction right may be purchased for a fee of
$25.00. Upon written request for such reproduction rights, purchaser will be
issued one set of reproduction quality, single-sided pages for photocopy use.
Photocopies may be distributed for educational purposes only, and may not be
sold or bartered. Once photocopied, USRA copyright remains in effect, and all
copies must display full USRA contact information. Upon receipt of fees,
written permission to photocopy will be issued on USRA letterhead, citing a
period of one month in which to reproduce the master copy.
REPRINT RIGHTS -- PUBLISHING
A one-time reprint
right for publishers may be purchased for a fee of $200.00. Upon request for
such reprint rights, purchaser will be issued one computer disk containing the
text of the rules, plus diagrams, for reprint use in an approved publication.
Once imported into the approved application, the official rules must be
published without alteration to either text or graphics, including all USRA
copyright citations and contact information. Any abridged forms must be
approved by the national office in advance. Once reproduced, two sample copies
of final, reprinted USRA official rules must be supplied to the national
office.
Upon receipt of fees, written permission to reprint will be issued
on USRA letterhead, citing a period of three months in which to publish.
