The USRA’s former annual leadership
conference has a new face ... the 2003 “Summit in the Rockies”
This new conference will offer an exciting environment for industry leaders, club members and owners, State Associations and volunteers, USRA and international members to come together to create a new direction and
focus for the sport. This will be a open meeting, for anyone who wishes to
register and take part.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: FRIDAY, AUGUST 15 <<<
Everyone will stay at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort located in Colorado Springs, which offers dramatic views, championship golf course, beautiful recreation complex (including racquetball courts), business service center, award winning dining facility, and Will Rogers Lounge. Registration and check-in will begin on Thursday September 4th. Fees will include: Room (double occupancy), breakfast and lunch each day, breakout sessions, summit registration fees, wine reception, Saturday night Banquet/Live Auction, souvenir, and all Summit materials. Cost —$450.00 per person (Value:
$650.00)*.
*A special discounted rate
-- of $350.00 per person -- will be extended to any registrant who is a State
president or board member, Official USRA Sponsor, Official IRF representative, USRA Lifetime member, or USRA Board of Directors member.

Pre-Event Thursday: $10,000 Hole in One
Contest
Come join the fun and excitement, with a full day of golf, contests, food,
drink, and great friends. The Cheyenne Mountain resort features an immaculately
groomed 18-hole championship Pete Dye golf course, and we will be offering a
hole-in-one contest, with $10,000 for the lucky winner. Cost per person will be
a $120, which includes: 18 holes, cart, practice range balls, souvenirs,
continental breakfast, lunch, beverages, wine reception, and lots of prizes. The event will be a fundraiser for the U.S. National Team.
Pre-Summit lodging on Wednesday evening must be arranged separately, as needed ($198/night
at Cheyenne Resort).

Golf Outing Title Sponsorship
This pre-event outing at Cheyenne Mountain Resort and Country Club of Colorado
will benefit the U.S. Racquetball Team as an official fundraiser. The event's
Title Sponsor will receive corporate name and logo on the souvenir shirt, plus
appear on all
printed materials, be recognized at all receptions and have display signage throughout the
summit. $1,500.00
Hole-in-One Sponsor
A $10,000 prize will be offered to anyone who can make a
hole-in-one on a Par 3 hole. Title sponsorship of this contest will include name and logo on
the prize hole and on all advertisements promoting the contest. $1,000.00
Own a Hole
Sponsorship
Corporations and individual donors are invited to underwrite a single hole of
the day's course. A flag bearing your company name and logo will be placed at your designated hole
for all to see. $250.00
Banquet & Live Auction Title Sponsor
The title sponsor of the closing banquet, auction,
entertainment and dancing planned for the Cheyenne Mountain Resort on Saturday
evening will receive a full range of recognition and promotional opportunities
throughout the event. $500 cash or $1000 in wholesale product for auction.
Summit Trade Show
Set up a trade
show booth in a prime location for summit attendees to view products and
purchase items while the summit sessions are taking place = $250.00
Auction Sponsors
Companies or individuals are invited to donate items to be used in giveaways and drawings throughout the summit.
Special recognition will be presented during the closing banquet, as well as
other promotional opportunities.
Supporting Sponsors
General donations to the USRA and/or the U.S. National Team will be accepted,
and added to the overall fund originated by the golf outing. These supporting
sponsors will also be recognized over the course of the event.
